The precise weaving of yarns enables a variety of textures and patterns, from simple plain weaves to complicated jacquards, maintaining perfection and uniformity in every metre of fabric produced.
3. Dyeing and Finishing
To improve the appearance and usefulness of fabrics, we use innovative dyeing and finishing techniques. Finishing solutions such as softening, waterproofing, and anti-wrinkle are done to fit customer demands, optimising the fabric's design and durability.
4. Quality Assurance
Each batch of fabric is thoroughly tested in our labs to guarantee that it fulfils our high requirements for strength, durability, and colour fastness. Our quality assurance method includes several levels of inspections, from raw materials to finished products.
